Refurbishment of a 10,000 sq/ft 1970's warehouse building in Leeds. This building was in a rundown state and required bringing up to date to allow the Landlord to re-let it.

Scope of Works:

• Reclad the entire building
• Remove and replace all glazing to the offices, including a new entrance lobby
• Resurface the car parking area to the front elevation
• Install security fencing to the entire boundary
